Our Services

We deliver a diverse range of specialist services designed to support people facing complex challenges. From substance use and mental health to homelessness, criminal justice, and personality disorders, our residential and community-based programmes are tailored to meet individual needs. We also offer dedicated services for women, ensuring gender-responsive support across multiple regions.

  • Substance Use

    We deliver residential and community-based services to an extensive cohort of people where alcohol and drugs play a significant part in their lives.

  • Mental Health

    We deliver residential and community-based Mental Health services across London, Luton, Kent, Brighton and Bedfordshire.

  • Women's Services

    We offer dedicated specialist interventions for women across London, Bedfordshire, Brighton and Hove. Our services encompass community engagement through floating support, outreach, and accommodation-based projects.

  • Criminal Justice

    We provide resettlement support for people leaving the criminal justice system, targeted interventions for those in custody and bespoke family support. Our focus is on reducing reoffending by addressing underlying causes, securing housing, and aiding reintegration into families and communities.

  • Homelessness & Complex Needs

    We offer a range of integrated support services focused on prevention, early intervention, integration and recovery for people at higher risk of losing their independence.

  • OPD Pathways

    We offer a range of residential services which support people who meet the clinical threshold for a diagnosis of personality disorder.

  • Mental Health Hospital Discharge

    We provide specialist support for individuals leaving inpatient mental health care, helping them transition safely back into the community. Our service focuses on stabilisation, recovery, and connection to ongoing support, reducing the risk of readmission and promoting long-term wellbeing.

  • Community Based Recovery Services (CBRS)

    We deliver person-centred recovery services within local communities, supporting individuals to build resilience, develop life skills, and sustain their wellbeing. Through projects like SIG Roots, we offer structured programmes that promote independence, connection, and long-term recovery outside of residential settings.

  • Arts-Based CJS Interventions

    We deliver creative, arts-based programmes in custodial and community settings that support personal development, emotional literacy, and positive identity. Delivered by Safe Ground, these interventions engage individuals in meaningful reflection and expression, helping to strengthen relationships, reduce reoffending, and support rehabilitation.
