Penrose Community Care and Support (PCCS) is a service providing intensive floating support across London to people with physical and mental health needs.

 

Our compassionate team delivers support across London within a range of settings, including people’s homes and supported accommodation settings. We also provide respite support to relieve family and carer support.

What We Offer:

We pride ourselves on offering a personalised and holistic service, providing the care and support you need when you need it most. We offer a range of daily and weekly visits at times that suit.

 

PCCS Care and Support Workers offer:

 

  • Mental and physical well-being monitoring
  • Relapse prevention and early intervention
  • Medication management
  • Housing and tenancy management
  • Help to engage in local and structured activities
  • Signposting and alcohol and drug use recovery support
  • Assistance with shopping and domestic tasks
  • Attendance at appointments
  • Social prescribing activities including community engagement and sports
  • Hospital discharge
