A Decade of Impact and Growth at Social Interest Group
Read moreSynergy empowers and encourages adults at risk of losing their current accommodation due to underlying issues such as mental and physical ill-health, substance use and learning disabilities or any other reason like job loss.
We support people in managing their accommodation and tenancies, working towards employment, and staying healthy and safe. Support is provided through a dedicated team of staff, peer mentors, and volunteers. We partner with Brent HUBS to offer a drop-in service delivered in partnership with Brent Borough Council.
We understand that there are often many reasons why people may need help to develop the skills and tools needed to live independently and engage with support services. We offer a flexible service with one-to-one sessions to seek understanding, multi-agency working to help overcome barriers and make information available in various formats.
We focus on tenancy-related support needs, and the drop-in service provides advice on benefits, housing, and other general support needs. We can offer support for up to one year, which can be extended depending on circumstances.
