A Decade of Impact and Growth at Social Interest Group
Read moreSynergy is an integrated support service that emphasises prevention, early intervention and integration for people at risk of losing their independence. Our support aims to enable, empower, and encourage people to develop the skills and tools to manage their accommodation, tenancies, health, and well-being.
Synergy has delivered high-quality universal floating support in Luton since 2012. It provides a one-stop solution for local people and referrers, working collaboratively with multiple partner agencies, organisations, the community, and faith groups to achieve positive outcomes.
The Synergy team proactively engages with local multiagency teams, working groups, and boards, including the Luton Homeless Partnership, Community Mental Health Transformation Board, Blended Team Initiative, and Luton Mental Health Collaborative.
Synergy offers tailored support to people aged 18+ for up to two years. We work with people to develop the tools and skills needed to manage their accommodation, tenancies, health, and well-being and to live successfully in the community.
Our work is mainly delivered from our hub in Luton, but our work can take place at locations that meet individual needs: we can visit people’s homes or meet in other agencies’ premises or public meeting places if required. The service is commissioned by and delivered in partnership with Luton Borough Council.
Families and individuals aged 18 or over who would benefit from housing support.
