  • Housing need

Steps is part of the Mental Health and Housing Pathway between Luton Borough Council (LBC) and East London Foundation Trust (ELFT). The service is designed to address the problems experienced by patients whose discharge is delayed for non-clinical reasons, or who are discharged from hospital to no fixed abode or unsuitable accommodation.
