Read moreIn Luton, our Mental Health Floating Support (MHFS) provides a service for adults with primary mental health and well-being support needs, including complex needs and dual diagnosis.
We provide high calibre housing related floating support, focused on prevention, early intervention and integration for people who are at risk of losing their independence.
We deliver support to individuals living within the community who have support needs pertaining to their mental health and wellbeing.
The people we support benefit from a personalised support plan and proactive support work, to engage them with the opportunities available to them to live independently in the community, develop their social skills and independent living skills.
Individuals with a primary mental health need, including complex needs and dual diagnosis, who are at risk of losing their independence
All referrals are via the East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) Luton Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). Referrals can also be made from other service professionals and local organisations seeking support for the people they work with. A panel assesses all referrals.
