Focus Project
Based in Lambeth across 6 sites
Service description
Focus Project is based in Lambeth across six sites. We offer high, medium and low supported accommodation.
We work with residents to develop their own recovery plan based around the SLaM and Lambeth support recovery model and Recovery Star. We enable this through a range of support programmes and work collaboratively with other organisations within the borough to help residents to reintegrate into the community.
We reduce and minimise risks of re-offending and keep the community safe. Our early intervention in the management of mental health relapses reduces the cause of long term hospitalisation.
