We provide a range of support services, interventions and opportunities through:
Either temporary or longer stay projects for up to two years, with onsite staff to support people in recovering from a period of instability, to prepare them for independent living, and to offer a safe and secure home with additional help whilst focusing on asset building and becoming an active citizen.
A peripatetic service offering needs-based tailored support to enable independent living and successful community integration.
Creating community-based opportunities for people using our services and volunteers to engage in social, learning and therapeutic activities and social groups to develop skills and reintegrate into the local community.
