SIG Penrose strives to address inequality in access to health, social care support, employment, and training. We specialise in working with people who have struggled in other services as they present personal or public safety risks.

We provide specialist rehabilitation and technical and therapeutic support to aid recovery, behaviour change, and reduced reoffending. Our services include supported housing in residential accommodation, resource centres, floating support, and Housing First services.

We help people struggling with daily living, homelessness, trauma, substances and alcohol, and mental health, including conditions like personality disorders. We support people in various settings, including the community, prisons, hospitals and at home.

SIG Penrose – Biscot House

Residential housing support for single males aged 18 and over. The service has 9 units of accommodation with shared living space. Housing support staff are available in office hours only.

SIG Penrose – Bridge House

Mother-and-child accommodation-based service located in Luton. We support women and their children through homelessness into safe, secure, independent accommodation.

SIG Penrose – Croydon Forensic Mental Health Step-Down

Forensic mental health step-down service specialising in forensic mental health, complex needs and dual diagnosis.

SIG Penrose – Jigsaw

Mental health complex needs service delivering accommodation-based and floating support focused on prevention, early intervention and reintegration.

SIG Penrose – Intensive Housing Management Support Havering

Intensive Housing Management Support is a 24 hour, 25-bed service in Romford, delivered in partnership with Havering Council and other local providers, supporting those who are experiencing homelessness.

SIG Penrose – Mental Health Floating Support Service (MHFS)

MHFS delivers support to individuals living within the community who have support needs pertaining to their mental health and wellbeing.

SIG Penrose – OPD Housing and Accommodation Service (HASS) Lewisham

Housing service supporting individuals identified within the Personality Difficulty Pathway.

SIG Penrose – Penrose Community Care and Support (PCCS)

PCCS is a floating support service aimed at individuals with a diagnosis of mental health, learning disabilities, substance use, learning disabilities or physical illness. This service provides hospital discharge and social prescribing support in London

24/7 accommodation and support service for men leaving prison, providing high levels of support, supervision and complex care.

SIG Penrose – Roots Community Based Recovery Services (CBRS)

An award-winning community based recovery service providing easily accessible platforms to build skills, friendships, social networks, and community engagement.

SIG Penrose – STEPS Mental Health Hospital Discharge Service

An accommodation assessment and support service for people admitted to mental health wards in Luton and Dunstable Hospital, Townsend Court and Oakley Court.

SIG Penrose – Synergy Brent

Integrated support service that emphasises prevention, early intervention and integration for people at risk of losing their independence. Our support aims to enable, empower, and encourage people to develop the skills and tools to manage their accommodation, tenancies, health, and well-being.

SIG Penrose – CFO Activity Hubs

Providing support to adults with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System through 1-2-1 advice and guidance, peer engagement, and the development of personal plans to move forward into education, employment and training.

Specialist high support female residential service specifically designed for women with multiple and complex needs who have offended.

SIG Penrose – Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP)

24/7 residential service providing personal plans to support people work towards and sustain positive change, including education, employment, training, resettlement support, and improved physical, mental health and subtance use.

SIG Penrose – SLaM Community Rehabilitation Service

A specialist intensive rehabilitation for up to nine months to support discharge from acute wards.

SIG Penrose – Support Time and Recovery Service (STARS)

A floating support service providing support to people with severe mental health, significant comorbidities and complex social needs who need residential care, accommodation and inpatient rehabilitation.
