Eligibility

Adult men with demostrable level of risk and complexity, suggesting a need for specialist high support to enable successful resettlement, who previosuly struggled -or their presentation suggests they would strugle- to live independently in the community. Those that would benefit from a psychologically informed approach and access to an individualised programme to support their integrations into the community. Motivated to engage with the residentail service, activities and the support offered by the team. Minimum 12 months remaining on their licence.

Referral path

All referrals come through The Probation Service, working with NHS England and HMPPS.
