Equinox Community Care and Support (ECCS) specialises in supporting people with a range of complex needs, including those who use substances, are at risk of relapse, are experiencing psychosis, display behaviours that challenge, or have a forensic history.
ECCS is part of the Adults Community Support and Supported Living Light Touch Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in Brighton.
We offer high-quality, flexible support to people with mental health, substance use, and eligible Care Act needs and those with high care and support needs.
We operate in the community and through supported living services to help people remain in their homes and participate fully in their communities.
Adults who require support at home or in the community, and have needs suitable for floating support. Additionally, they must have either a mental health diagnosis or issues with substance use, along with high-level care and support needs that do not include personal care.
Referrals can be made via the Adults Community Support and Supported Living DPS framework, or by contacting us directly at ECCS@socialinterestgroup.org.uk for more information or to discuss a potential referral.
