SIG Equinox – SWAY is a male-only service providing supported accommodation and a recovery approach resettlement programme, specialising in helping men with enduring mental health support needs and associated challenges with drug and alcohol use.
The service has 14 high-support flats and a crisis room, providing residential support for men and daily support to maximise their independence and work towards a positive move on.
We take great care through human and personal touches to ensure positive and meaningful engagements with service residents and keep them motivated, active, and well. We offer a varied calendar of activities, which can include:
Adult men with mental health diagnoses who may also have a history of psychiatric admissions. Referrals may have complex issues including homelessness, forensic and substance use.
All referrals are through the High Support Needs Team South London and Maudsley Southwark Placements Team.
