We offer counselling and coaching to address trauma recovery, minimise harmful behaviour and anxiety, improve coping techniques and encourage healthy eating and daily living skills to increase tenancy sustainment.
We can also provide access to local leisure, training, and employment opportunities, as well as education and practices that enhance literacy and numeracy skills.
