Read moreColm joined in 2016 as Business Development Manager for SIG Equinox. As Director of Best Practice, Colm leads our work across services related to Theory of Change and Psychologically Informed Environments. He works closely with Compliance, Risk and Audit, External Affairs and People and Culture Teams, ensuring we deliver the highest quality services and staff have the support and resources they need to support participants and residents. Colm worked across the NHS and the Voluntary Sector in substance use and Mental Health Services for over 30 years in operations and development. His track record in implementing new services includes IAPT, Community Drug and Alcohol Services and Specialist Services for LGBTQ communities.
Colm was trained as a psychodynamic counsellor and supervisor at WPF London and is a graduate of Cass Business School at City University, London. He has served as Regional Quality Champion for London, working on behalf of the Quality Standards Task Group to promote quality frameworks across the Voluntary Sector. He is passionate about working with people using our services to deliver the highest quality.
