We consider participants, design and delivery partners in this process and collaborate with members of Safe Ground’s Alumni Network (previous programme participants), community artists, academics, and sector colleagues. Safe Ground can deliver services online, and we design work with technology in mind.
The Sisterhood – a journal of resources designed to support creative self-expression and complement one-to-one work with girls at Sandwell Youth Offending Service, commissioned by Sandwell Children’s Trust.
Family Focus – a digital in-cell family relationships programme designed for self-directed learning, commissioned by Bedfordshire, Cambridge & Norfolk Prison Group.
Make Your Mark – a creative self-development programme for women designed to enable drop-in attendance, commissioned by The Minerva WrapAround service in partnership with the Mayor of London and the Mayor’s Office for Policing & Crime (MOPAC).
The Comfort Zone – a reading, and creative writing programme delivered online to people experiencing low levels of mental health and anxiety and in receipt of a social prescription. Healthy London Partnerships commissioned it in partnership with Arts Council England and the Mayor of London.
The Common Room – an online reflective practice space for prison-based educators nationwide during the pandemic, commissioned by the Prisoner Learning Alliance.
The Cay – a programme designed for adult males serving long sentences and having extensive criminal and prison careers, commissioned by HMPPS.
