SIG Penrose is a lead partner for the HMPPS CFO Activity Hubs. They are responsible for providing support to adults with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System. This includes 1-2-1 advice and guidance, peer engagement, and the development of personal plans to move forward into education, employment, or training.
Safe Ground is an award-winning national arts organisation, delivering high-quality, well-evidenced group interventions to people in prison and community settings.
We are experts in designing and delivering arts-based therapeutic group work. We offer a range of programmes with flexible delivery approaches and bespoke programmes tailored to the needs of your service. We work in secure and community settings nationally.
We have a strong track record of engaging and retaining people who have not succeeded with traditional education and for whom a group work setting can be uncomfortable. A Safe Ground programme often represents the first step of sustained engagement in purposeful activity. So, whilst staying safe, we aim to avoid the exclusion of participants.
