Geetha is an experienced finance and operations leader with over 25 years’ experience across the charity and commercial sectors. She is currently a freelance Financial Consultant, Coach and Mentor. She has recently served as Director of Finance at St Luke’s Hospice and previously served as Director of Finance and Operations at Age UK East London, overseeing finance, HR, IT, risk and facilities across a multi-site organisation.

Geetha spent more than ten years as Finance Director at Trinity Homeless Projects, supporting organisational growth, financial sustainability and services for vulnerable people. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles with Mind, Diageo, Air Products plc, Musgrave and Arthur Andersen.

She is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance. Geetha is passionate about strong governance and improving the quality of life for vulnerable communities and was also a trustee of Swarthmore Care Home.
