Non-Executive Trustee

Frida Norman is a charity leader and organisational development specialist with extensive experience across the UK voluntary sector. In 2025, she became Chief Executive of The Dash Charity, supporting people affected by domestic abuse across Berkshire and nearby communities, following a period of transition requiring strengthened governance and service continuity.

Frida brings deep expertise in strategy, governance and organisational culture, and is founder of Driving Change, a consultancy helping charities build effective systems and impact. Previously, she led Head 2 Head Sensory Theatre and Voluntary Action Reigate and Banstead, driving partnerships with public and community sectors. She has chaired Northamptonshire Mind and CareTrade, contributing to growth, collaboration and sustainable, survivor-centred impact. Her leadership emphasises inclusion, resilience and long-term social change.
