About Cathy

Non-Executive Trustee 

Cathy brings a wealth of experience to her role as a trustee, drawing from an accomplished career in healthcare transformation and leadership. Her previous roles include consultant for Health Integration Partners UK, where she addressed health inequalities while driving clinical transformation and population health strategies, and transformation manager at Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire ICB and Hampshire & IOW ICB, where she implemented digital systems to improve clinical communications.

 

Cathy has also held executive and leadership positions in various charity sector organisations, providing professional advocacy and support to vulnerable or marginalised people who find it difficult to be heard or to speak out for themselves, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, governance, and integrated solutions to ensure equality of opportunity and empower communities.
