We are proud to join the ‘We Show The Salary’ campaign as accredited members.

This means we, as an employer, are committed to demonstrating our value of Transparency by showing the salary/rate of pay for every job advert we post, internal or external.

We believe candidates need to make the right decision on whether to apply or not based on the right information. We also believe in being transparent with our existing staff about other roles being advertised.

SIG are joining employers such as The Co-op, TPP Recruitment, and Ramblers, as well as charities such as Clinks, the Centre for Mental Health, and Refuge.

We know we have more to do to call out for better pay for our workers, but this is another step forward in the transparency and mission.
