Support our work
A 24/7 residential service providing personal plans to support people work towards and sustain positive change, including education, employment, training, resettlement support, and improved physical, mental health and subtance use.
Our accommodation service partners with the local authority for the borough of Kensington and Chelsea and works closely with Street Outreach Teams to provide intensive intervention and support for people experiencing rough sleeping.
We encourage service residents to develop coping strategies and supportive relationships to foster and maintain positive mental health through a time of continued change, which brings challenges and opportunities. By working in a trusting, flexible and resilient way, we empower and equip people to achieve their potential for independent living.
Our mixed-gender service comprises 10 units of accommodation, staffed 24 hours a day. We provide Support Mentors to develop personal plans to help service residents work towards and sustain positive change, including education, employment, training, resettlement support, and improved physical and mental health. We also offer drug and alcohol support.
Adults experiencing rough sleeping referred by Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
All referrals come through the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Street Outreach Team.
