People are at the heart of Paul’s approach, building and leading capable teams to achieve quality results. Paul has a diverse background working within Criminal Justice, both in the public and charity sectors. He has held various operational roles in male and female prisons, including writing and implementing national policy, commissioning health services, and leading operational delivery in London prisons. Paul holds a master’s degree in applied criminology, penology, and management from the University of Cambridge.
Paul said: “I am excited to be taking up the position of Director of Services and Support, working with Angela and the other Directors to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our Residents and Participants. I look forward to supporting the Heads of Services to improve quality and achieve the best outcomes for their services”.
