Mark Milton brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the social care sector to his role as CEO of Social Interest Group. A qualified Social Worker with a Master’s in Applied Social Studies and an IOD Chartered Director, Mark has dedicated his career to supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex social care challenges.

Prior to joining SIG, Mark served as CEO for several social care organisations as well as a spell at deputy CEO of the National Autistic Society, where he led transformative change, drove strategic growth, and championed person-centred care. His deep sector expertise and commitment to inclusive, values-driven leadership align strongly with SIG’s mission to empower individuals and communities through innovative support services.
