Interim Director of HR and Workforce Development

Jessica joined SIG in 2023 and brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources, having worked in HR since 2010. Her career spans both private and non-profit sectors, including hospitality and leisure.

She is passionate about creating inclusive, values-driven workplaces where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. In addition to her role at SIG, she serves as a Trustee for the Mark Hewitson Foundation and actively advocates for Type 1 Diabetes awareness, fundraising to promote understanding and support.
