A step-down service providing supported accommodation for adults who require low to high-level support while living with and recovering from long-term mental health.
Brent Stepdown is a 26-unit recovery-focused residential service and specialist supporting long-term mental health difficulties. We work closely with mental health services, partner agencies, and carers to increase independence, improve quality of life, and progress people into lower support accommodation.
We provide a range of mixed-gender, male-only and female-only accommodations, each providing personalised daily living support to improve living skills, social inclusion and mental health management. Life skills development and support include budgeting, shopping, cooking, medication reminders, and developing structured weekly routines.
Adults with long-term mental health.
Referrals are through Brent Council Brokerage Service and NHS Central and North West London Trust as the designated pathway from secure hospital settings.
