A Milestone in our Journey: Progressing Towards Social Landlord Registration

We are excited to announce a key development in our mission to provide supported living for individuals facing challenges such as mental health issues, substance use, homelessness, domestic violence, and criminal justice involvement. We are applying to register SIG Housing Trust as a Registered Social Landlord. We just completed purchasing a new property to expand our impact further and address the urgent need for affordable transitional housing.

By becoming a registered social landlord, we aim to enhance our supported housing services by providing high-quality social housing and offering stable homes for individuals transitioning from intensive support. Though often underfunded and scarce, these housing options are essential for those working toward independent living. We are committed to bridging this gap with safe, affordable accommodation, recognising the challenges of moving from high-support environments to independence.
