Our Vision for the Future: Our 2025-2030 Strategy and What it Means for Partners

Social Interest Group is uniquely placed at the intersection of health, social care, criminal justice, homelessness, and women and family trauma-informed services.

Our dynamic strategy for 2025–2030 is built on three essential pillars: delivering safe and inclusive services, ensuring stable and quality housing, and maintaining financial sustainability.

Safe and Inclusive Services to Strengthen Communities

We are deepening our commitment to equity and inclusion. By investing in staff development, implementing robust social impact frameworks, scaling up our volunteer programmes, and expanding our inclusivity initiatives, we are creating a safe and welcoming environment for all, especially for families and individuals affected by the criminal justice system, enriching our communities and promoting a culture of belonging.

Delivering Stable and High-Quality Housing Solutions

Our objective to become a Registered Social Landlord is a cornerstone of our vision for the future. We aim to expand our housing stock and enhance quality standards, ensuring marginalised individuals, particularly those transitioning from high-support services, can access dignified, long-term housing. These housing solutions are pivotal in promoting sustainability and security for those we serve.

Ensuring Financial Sustainability for Lasting Impact

We are firmly committed to achieving financial resilience, which is essential for long-term effectiveness. We are working diligently on contract retention and growth, diversifying our income sources through donations and sales, and improving procurement efficiency.

Sustainable funding is the backbone of our mission, empowering us to service our communities for years to come.
