Service description
Equinox Lewisham Mental Health Supported Housing is a service for adults with mental health support needs ranging from low/medium to complex needs, including substance misuse, forensic history and homelessness.
We encourage our residents to develop coping strategies and supportive relationships to foster and maintain positive mental health through a time of continued change which will bring with it challenges and opportunities. By working within the models in a trusting, flexible and resilient way we empower and equip our residents to achieve their potential for independent living and become a part of the wider community through volunteering, education or social placements.
