Our Director of Finance acts as Company Secretary across the Group. We ensure consistent and high-quality governance practices are applied group-wide.
Quality and Compliance
Social Interest Group has a dedicated Quality & Compliance Team that ensures the organisation complies with its regulatory and legislative obligations, including Health & Safety and Care Quality Commission, and monitors and develops internal policies and procedures.
Social Interest Group has gained ISO 9001: 2008 accreditation and the Investors in People Award. Our founder members, Penrose Options and Equinox Care have health and safety accreditations (Exor and CHAS, respectively). The Quality & Compliance Team ensures these accreditations are maintained.
This team is also responsible for providing performance information by monitoring and maintaining performance dashboards, demonstrating our commitment to setting and maintaining high-quality standards across the Group and ensuring staff, residents, and participants operate safely.
