The Social Interest Group supports all our members and partners, by providing high quality back office services. These services include: governance, finance, HR, IT, marketing, quality & compliance and service user integration.

We invest in the best people, training and systems available to us. We also select our head office suppliers for their knowledge and experience in working in the charity sector.

We have been awarded Investors in People status, in recognition of our commitment at the Social Interest Group to improving our performance and realising our objectives through the effective management and development of our people.

We are an ISO 9001 accredited organisation, the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems.
