We are pleased to announce that Pathways to Independence has joined the Social Interest Group.

We welcome Pathways to Independence, a Kent based charity specialising in homelessness and rehabilitation of offenders, as it becomes the newest member to join the group.

This is a significant step for both charities; it strengthens both charities and the offer to the people they support, providing shared resources, learning, increased governance, risk management and opportunities for strengthening growth.

Gill Arukpe will continue as Group CEO, with Helen Campbell-Wroe taking up a new role as Senior Director of Operations within SIG. Helen will continue to lead  Pathways to Independence and has clear remit to build and grow the incredible work she and her team have been delivering across Kent and Medway.

The Social Interest Group supports charities to maximise their income through the sharing of resources and learning. Group members have access to a wealth of in-house sector-based knowledge as well as back office functions including Finance, Governance, Human Resources, ICT, Fundraising, Marketing and Business Development.
