Bedford Blues Foundation Programme

The Bedford Blues Foundation has agreed a six-month programme with us, supporting physical & mental wellbeing.

Service Users at our Homan House service will have weekly sports sessions to promote an active lifestyle.

The first of the weekly fitness sessions has been held. Residents played rugby-related games to get their heart rates going and worked on their teamwork and coordination skills.

Sessions are designed to cater for all abilities and promote health and wellbeing and follow up sessions will be held every Wednesday at 5pm in the park.

Blues Foundation is the charitable arm of Bedford Blues Rugby Club. Working across Bedfordshire and neighbouring areas, their vision is to inspire the community through the values of rugby for the advancement and promotion of positive and informed lifestyle choices.
